Attending the meeting were Ms. Le Thi Truc Linh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, representatives of the Phan Thiet Fish Sauce Association and members participating in building the scientific profile of Phan Thiet fish sauce making profession. The representative of Lam Dong Provincial Museum reported the contents of developing the Scientific Profile and completing the steps according to the instructions of Decree No. 308/2025/ND-CP.
Ms. Le Thi Truc Linh highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit of Lam Dong Provincial Museum in the process of researching, collecting documents and building a scientific profile of Phan Thiet fish sauce making profession. At the same time, we request Lam Dong Provincial Museum to continue to receive comments, review and soon complete the Scientific Document to submit to the Specialized Appraisal Council of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for consideration and appraisal, as a basis for implementing the next steps in the process of requesting to include "Phan Thiet fish sauce making profession" in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2026.
